Smooth process from upgrading to delivery of the phone. 5 star for me!

Although the Delivery was delayed at no fault of mobiles.co.uk, the service, price and everything was fantastic. Highly recommended.

When I bought the sim only contract, iI have been advised that the cash back will automatically transferred to your account and they haven’t transferred the money to my account. When I raised query with them, they said I am out of time limit. So trust them. Customer service agent happy to raised the complaint but not to provide complaint /reference no.

After buying my phone, I had a query about the contract and attempted to speak to the call centre for support. After 2 hours if being passed from pillar to post, I gave up. When I then asked to cancel my contract, I was then messed around and told it couldn't be cancelled. An absolute embarrassment.
